The English Schools' Football Association was founded 1904. This photograph shows Halford John Biffen in the back row (circled when you mouseover). The photograph shows the London team who were Champions of England in 1905 following victory over Sheffield in the final at Llandudno. The victorious London team also played at Hampden Park, Glasgow in 1905 (link to report).
